Now that Eric’s has become a full-fledged “actor” some new opportunities have popped up. It looks like Howard want’s Eric to conduct some red carpet interviews in California. There’s a few concerns that Eric won’t ask the questions he’s given, but it sounds like their going to give him a chance anyway.

Eric the “Actor” films Fringe, has new demands

Eric has filmed his part of a Fringe episode, and it seems that it’s already gone to his head. Eric got pissed a Steve Langford for covering him in Vancouver during filming, and now Eric says he’ll only speak to Shuli now. Eric is also demanding that he be called Eric the Actor.

Eric’s Fringe episode will appear September 30th.

Howard got word of someone interested in casting Eric on Fox’s hit show FRINGE. Sounds cool, maybe Eric will play a alien from the alternate dimension.

Eric the Midget Still Cant Multiply

Eric called into the show yesterday making his usual “You never let me on, but I have nothing to say complaint”. Howard tried to keep things interesting by quiz Eric with some multiplication questions, but Eric couldn’t answer the easiest questions. He did finally come up with an answer, but only after getting it from his cell phone. It seemed odd that he couldn’t come up with an answer sooner even while using his cellphone, but then I remembered about his crab claws and then everything made sense.

Also, Eric’s birthday is this Thursday, March 11th. I’m not sure how old he is but happy bday little guy.

Eric called in today to talk about American Idol and Simon Cowell’s departure from the show. Here’s the recap from howardstern.com:

Eric the Midget called in to suggest that Weird Al Yankovic replace Simon Cowell on the next season of ‘American Idol,’ leading Howard to joke: “I never thought of Weird Al Yankovic as the solution to any problem.” Eric said Simon would be missed: “He’s the person who got the whole show started. Besides Nigel. And the other Simon.”

Artie Lange Tried To Commit Suicide :(

Everyone once in awhile it’s nessecary to take a timeout from the midget bashing and to talk about some of the real issues going on with the Howard Stern show.

The news has finally broke that Artie Lange tried to commit suicide by stabbing himself 9 times. He was found by his mother in his Hoboken apartment and taken to the hospital with heavy bleeding.

I really feel bad for the guy. I know he’s had a troubled life and I can now see why Howard didn’t want to say anything about why Artie wasn’t at work. I wish only the best for Artie during his recovery.
