Eric called in today to talk about American Idol and Simon Cowell’s departure from the show. Here’s the recap from howardstern.com:

Eric the Midget called in to suggest that Weird Al Yankovic replace Simon Cowell on the next season of ‘American Idol,’ leading Howard to joke: “I never thought of Weird Al Yankovic as the solution to any problem.” Eric said Simon would be missed: “He’s the person who got the whole show started. Besides Nigel. And the other Simon.”

I’m not really sure you can call it an appearance, but so far 0.0 tickets have been sold to the Sacramento Kings game that Eric will be attending. According to Steve Langford, the tickets have been for sale on Eric’s web site for months now.

Of course these aren’t the only problems Eric has been having. His American Idol show on Tuesday night was riddled with technically issue, and his show on Wednesday was completely canceled because of them. I’m sure JD didnt mind.

I’m sure everyone is thrilled - especially JD. I guess we can expect to hear some technical difficulty clips tomorrow sometime.

Eric told Howard that he’s not sure if he’s going to do the Q&A segment of the show anymore. What I would give to get on there and sabotage that already shitty show.

Eric also let everyone know that his store was open again just in time for Valentines day. What girl doesnt love an autographed photo of a midget with crippled hands?
